they are not lazy people but they just cannot handle it.

During childhood, melatonin, the hormone that regulates the wake-sleep cycle, is secreted by the pineal gland early in the evening. When puberty hits, from around ages 10 to 14, melatonin is released later, around 9 p.m. or 10 p.m. “that is why, during our childhood, we can sleep before 11. at that time, we also has nothing to worry. we were not even thought about the day after.   Because of the late sleep, they wake up late also. then, they will not have so much time to do everything they need to do. we should change our life style actually. the, we can be a healthy person.

This is not from me, but as people said.
1.     Reduce Stress with exercise.
Not only releasing endorphins and help blood circulation, but also give me space to think and find the idea. Therefore no substitute for exercise, at least once a week.
2.     Reduce Stress with sleep.
Enough sleep and will play an important role in balancing our emotions in daily life. I suggest you to practice sleeping a while about 10 to 15 minutes during the day. Take a nap. In Islam, this is also known as Qailullah.
3.     Reduce Stress by reading book
I have ever read an article in the Wall Street Journal about read slowly culture. The idea is by reading at a certain time can increase sharpness our minds, as well as reducing stress. In our country a lot of good book authors such as Dr. Tuah Iskandar, Ustaz Pahrol Juoi, Dr. Ridhuan Mohd Nor and more. What is important, if you are not a type of reading a book, start now. Take 30 minutes to read.
Learning is not only entertaining, it’s also empowering—both of which are good for battling stress.
4.     Reduce Stress by reading Quran
Quran is the biggest miracle, InsyaaAllah, to read it for sure able to melt hearts and gives peace. Reward to people listen to the recitation of the Qur'an clearly referred to in his word which means:
“So when the Qur'an is recited, then listen to it and pay attention that you may receive mercy.”
(al-A'raaf, ayat 204)
Listen to the recitation of the Quran well, be entertaining feelings of sadness and calm the restless souls.

That’s all. Hope, it will help you.

First of all,

The Islamic texts, namely the Qur’an and Sunnah, enjoin kind treatment of neighbours and affirm their rights. Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning):
“Worship Allah and join none with Him in worship, and do good to parents, kinsfolk, orphans, Al-Masakin (the poor), the neighbour who is near of kin, the neighbour who is a stranger, the companion by your side, the wayfarer (you meet), and those (slaves) whom your right hands possess. Verily, Allah does not like such as are proud and boastful”
[an-Nisa’ 4:36].

Al-Bukhaari (5185) and Muslim (47) narrated from Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him not annoy his neighbour.”

Secondly:
The scholars differed concerning the definition of a neighbour.
Some of the scholars were of the view that the definition of neighbours according to Islam is forty houses in each direction.
The neighbour, according to custom, is the one whose house is next to yours or the one who lives in the same locality.
And it was said that this matter should be referred to custom.
With regard to the view that all the people of a quarter (or part of a city) are neighbours, this is the view of some scholars, as mentioned above (Abu Yoosuf, the companion of Abu Haneefah), but quarters in the past were small, hence he said: If they all pray in one or two small mosques.

And Allah knows best.

Today, I would like to share points about dream. Not for the future but dreams in your sleep. It is happen that sometimes we have a bad dream. We called it nightmares. Nightmares have two categories:
1 – The Shaytan’s attempts to frighten
2 – The workings of the subconscious.
So, Rasulullah, our Prophet has taught us how to deal with such dreams
o   It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Dreams are of three types: glad tidings from Allah, what is on a person’s mind, and frightening dreams from the Shaytan. If any of you sees a dream that he likes, let him tell others of it if he wishes, but if he sees something that he dislikes, he should not tell anyone about it, and he should get up and pray.”
(Saheeh Sunan Ibn Maajah, 3154)
o   It was narrated that Abu Hurayrah said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “If any one of you sees a dream that he dislikes, let him turn over, and spit drily to his left three times and ask Allah of His goodness, and seek refuge with Him from its evil.”
(Saheeh Sunan Ibn Maajah).
o   The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) told us the difference between good dreams and bad dreams. It was narrated from Abu Sa’eed al-Khudri that he heard the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say: “If any one of you sees a dream that he likes, it is from Allaah, so let him praise Allaah for it and tell people about it. But if he sees something other than that, that he dislikes, it is from the Shaytaan, so let him seek refuge with Allaah from its evil and not mention it to anyone, for it will not harm him.”
(Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 7045).
So we may sum up from these hadeeth the most important points about what a person should do if he sees a dream that he dislikes, as follows:
1-     He should know that this dream is from the Shaytan who wants to cause him grief, so he should annoy the Shaytan by not paying any attention to him.
2-     He should seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Shaytan.
3-     He should seek refuge with Allah from the evil of this dream.
4-     He should spit drily to his left three times, i.e., blowing with a little bit of saliva.
5-     He should not tell anyone about it.
6-     He should turn over from the side on which he was sleeping, so if he was lying on his left side he should turn over to his right side, and vice versa.
7-     He should get up and pray.

If a person adheres to this etiquette, then we hope that this bad dream will not harm him, as it says in the texts.
And Allah knows best.
